Angie Burkhamer

Clay County native, Angie Burkhamer has been a Dental Hygienist with Dr. Legg since graduating from West Virginia Tech in 1991. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Scott, since 1991. They are the proud parents of two boys, Alexander and Bryan.

Angie enjoys working at the Legg Dental Group. She's been there so long, she often jokes that she's become part of the wood work! Angie states that she is proud to work in Clay, and has enjoyed the relationships she has developed with her patients over the years. She says, "It's great to be able to watch our young patients to grow up. Some of my first patients, are now bringing their own children in and that is so neat!". She loves the idea that she can help make a difference in someone's life. A smile can last forever, and she's glad to be able to help her patients make that a reality.

Outside of work, Angie enjoys going to church, selling Premier Designs Jewelry, reading, taking pictures, and spending time with her family. She states that she is a mom for all seasons-baseball, football, and basketball! Her boys definitely keep her busy, but she loves every minute of it!
